Jill lives in her home with the assistance of the Supervised Living Program (SLP II) and her sister, Ms. Roberts. With these supports, she thrives in her community.
She has been a long-time employee of McDonalds for over thirty years, and she loves her job.
Jill takes advantage of utilizing the community with assistance from the program. This includes ordering her groceries online from Walmart and having them delivered to her home.
Hanging out with her friends, enjoying the outdoors, socializing in the picnic area has become some of her favorite pass times.
Jill has adapted in her community and is more open, talkative, and appears happier because of her engagement with her natural support.
