In addition to submitting your paper or online application, please bring the following originals to our office and we will make copies to attach to your application.

• High School Diploma/GED/College Transcript
  (original or certified copy)
• Unexpired SC Drivers’ License
• Social Security Card
• 10 Year Driving Card/MVR
• 3 Letters of References.  No more than one can be a character reference.
