The Mission of Colleton County Board of Disabilities and Special Needs is to provide quality person-centered services and supports in a healthy and safe environment; promote independence, choice, community inclusion, and personal growth; and foster the achievement of personal outcomes for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, survivors of head and spinal cord injuries as well as other related disabilities in Colleton County.
