- Offers Individualized Care, Support, and Supervision to Accommodate Residents Needs and Preferences
- Personal Care and Supervision are provided by Trained Direct Support Professionals for a period of time as specified
- Family and Community Involvement are Encouraged
- Residences are Licensed and Monitored by South Carolina Department of Environmental Health

- Residents live in a homelike environment with a maximum of 4 residents/ 4 private bedrooms
- Care, Skills Training, and Supports focus on Choice and Independence
- Supports are provided by Trained Direct Support Professionals who are present in the residence or other settings as specified
- Community Engagement is Encouraged
- Residences are licensed by South Carolina Department of Disabilities and Special Needs
